Neuroblastoma Gene Server (release 2)

Information

The Neuroblastoma Gene Server (NBGS) contains a collection of curated gene lists retrieved from all major high-throughput neuroblastoma gene expression profiling studies. You can compare your own gene list with the NBGS content easily. Go to the search page and enter your gene or list of genes of interest and click on 'Start Query'.

If successful hits are found, a table and a list will be generated. The table consists of genes ordered in rows and PubMed IDs ordered in columns. All publications are marked containing a gene list in which a submitted gene is found. This table provides a quick overview of the genes co-cited in publications. The PubMed ID is a hyperlink to the publication abstract in PubMed.

The second output is a list of gene hits containing the gene symbol and the number of publications where the gene is cited. Direct links to the Ensembl and Entrez Gene reference databases are provided, together with a link to the UCSC and Ensembl Genome browser to view the genomic region of the gene of interest. The publication link opens a detailed view of the list to see the specific annotation gene lists containing the gene of interest.
